Time to start putting in plumbing fixtures. Like the electrical fixtures, we decided to use an oil rubbed bronze finish. After hours of searching online we bought Kohler, devonshire series, faucets and accessories. We ended up buying everything from four different online stores because each one had the lowest price on different items. After everything was ordered, I added it up and we saved 39.6% from what we would have paid at Home Depot. You can now picture me patting myself on the back as I congratulate myself.
September 16, 2011 - Friday
Installed pedestal sink in the 1/2 bath, all vanity faucets & drains, bath/shower faucets, toilets (except the broken one being returned to Home Depot), and kitchen faucet and drain. Also installed the four speakers in the home gym.
September 19, 2011 - Monday
Installed towell bars, towel rings, toilet paper holder, and replaced the broken toilet.
