October 17, 2011 - Monday

Received a load of drain rock for when we start the landscaping.

Began repair on the driveway. We had a lot of heavy equipment come up to the house in the last several months and the road needs some TLC. We brought up Kevin Saylor and a concrete truck to dig out and fill in the largest of the pot holes. It should hold up really well.

October 18, 2011 - Tuesday

It was a day of dirt and rock. We needed to get everything up to final grade. We brought in three loads of topsoil, two loads of gravel, and our neighbor aloud us to take several loads of fill dirt from his property. I can't even begin to explain how much money that saved us. It really made things look a lot better up here.


October 25, 2011 - Tuesday

Started putting up the wall that will go around the BBQ and the Treager. They aren't that attractive from the back, so we decided to put up a short wall that we will cover with ledgestone.
